In just two immersive hours, guests will transform into the landlord family – “Ông, Bà, Cậu, Mợ”, attended by loyal servants, enjoying a luxurious eight-course feast in the melodies of Đờn Ca Tài Tử – the soul of Southern Vietnamese culture.

2. The Experience Journey

Grand Welcome – Transform into a Landlord

Upon arrival, guests are ceremoniously greeted by attendants dressed in traditional costumes, offering umbrellas, fans, and courteous bows. From that moment, you officially become a Southern Landlord of the prosperous Tây Đô region.

The “landlord family” is then invited to a 115-year-old ancient house, where they change into luxurious silk garments, preparing to enter an atmosphere of sophistication and grace true to old Southern traditions.

Tea Ceremony – The Season’s Report

Once seated, the landlord family is served herbal hand wash, fragrant tea, and Southern traditional sweets such as bánh ít, bánh da lợn, and peanut candy.

In this elegant setting, the “steward” presents the seasonal harvest report, shares farming tales, and reflects on rural life. Meanwhile, a vintage phonograph plays century-old records, reviving the refined leisure of the old elite.

Đờn Ca Tài Tử Performance – The Soul of the South

No “Landlord’s Feast” is complete without Đờn Ca Tài Tử, the traditional Southern music form recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
